ArtTrove provides bespoke artwork digitization and art book, framed mosaics and customised daily product services. This includes the receiving, photographing, digital enhancement, layout design, and printing of your original artwork into a custom art book, as well as the provision of digital image files.

• Order Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. This site is no intended for anyone under the age of 18. Please use our services with your parent or legal guardian if you are under 18 years old.
   

• Artwork Ownership: You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of, or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, all artwork you submit to ArtTrove.
   

• Payment: Full payment is required before we begin processing your order. We accept [List your payment methods, e.g., Credit Cards, PayPal].
   

• Order Validity: Your purchased ArtTrove package is valid for 120 days from the date of transaction. You must ship your artwork to us within this period. Orders not fulfilled within 120 days will expire, and no refund will be issued.
   

• Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our work, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and we have begun the design or printing process.

• Sending Artwork to Us: You are responsible for the risk of shipping your original artwork to our facility, including losee or damaged artwork. ArtTrove is not liable for artwork lost or damaged in transit to us.
   

• Receiving Your Final Product: While we take utmost care in packaging, ArtTrove is not liable for packages lost or damaged by the courier after we have dispatched your final product. In such events, you must contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by you.
   

• Digital File Access: Your digitized files will be available for download from a secure link for a specified period (30 days). It is your responsibility to download and backup these files within that time.

•  Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand by our quality. If you receive your product and there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will happily reprint or repair the product at no cost.
   

• Refunds: As our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only considered at our discretion for significant service failures that cannot be remedied.
   

• Return of Original Artwork:

  • Option A: We can securely return your original artwork to you for a flat fee of HKD 150. Please make sure you select and pay for this service at check out option on the website.

  • Option B (Default): If you do not select Option A, you grant ArtTrove permission to responsibly dispose or recycle or donate your original artwork to charitable causes (e.g., schools, community centers) 7 days after we dispatch your final product. After this point, we cannot retrieve your originals.

•  All content on the Site (logos, text, images, graphics, software, etc.) is the property of ArtTrove and is protected by intellectual property laws.
   

• You may not modify, copy, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content, software, products, or services found on the ArtTrove site without our express prior written consent.
   

• By submitting any content, including artwork, to ArtTrove, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the operation, provision, and promotion of the services offered by ArtTrove, in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).

•  To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtTrove, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for the loss or damage of original artwork, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
  In no event shall ArtTrove's total liability to you for all claims exceed the total amount you paid to ArtTrove for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HKSAR, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in HKSAR.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new terms on the Site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
