A. It's simple! Order of ArtTrove ArtBook or Framed Mosaics provides you a hassle free door to door shopping experience. Our package includes 3-way courier which will pick up pile of artwork from your door, and will be delivered to our studio. When the products are ready, we will deliver to your home directly. A: Your ArtTrove Kit includes everything you need for safe shipping: a spacious, sturdy box that fits most standard artwork, a protective sleeve, a detailed checklist, an order form, a seal sticker, and even a pencil so you don’t need to look for it. A. Our packages start with a minimum of 30 pieces for Art Book and 16 Pieces for Framed Mosaics, and we can handle large collections of hundreds of pieces. If you have a very large collection, just contact us for a custom quote.
A. From the time we receive your art, the process typically takes around 4 weeks. We never rush the careful editing and design process, as we believe in getting every detail perfect for you.

A. Absolutely, yes. We can securely return your original artwork to you for a flat fee of HKD 150. Please make sure you select and pay for this service at check out option on the website. If you do not select this service, it implies you grant ArtTrove permission to responsibly dispose or recycle or donate your original artwork to charitable causes (e.g., schools, community centers) 7 days after we dispatch your final product. After this point, we cannot retrieve your originals.
A. Yes, we can! We love 3D masterpieces. Our professional studio photography uses specialized lighting and multiple angles to beautifully capture sculptures, shadow boxes, and other textured artwork, ensuring every unique detail is preserved.
